My varied chef experience is a culmination of continuing to be open-minded and learn during my unconventional journey which began with a leap of faith to literally run away with the circus to be a cook on a Cirque du Soleil traveling tent show over 12 years ago.. That experience led to cooking in world-class hotels, restaurants as well as traveling the world and all over the US. My ongoing passion is exploring different cuisines, enhancing my skills as well as continuing education. All of which informs me as the chef I am today.
